Abstract
The Civic Happiness project set itself the ambition of extending the ‘voice’ on Turin's social changes to a part of the citizenry usually excluded from decision-making processes. The citizens' voice was declined as a field of action in which to articulate not only visions, but also concrete projects. The approach, methods, and results of the Civic Happiness project can provide useful methodological inspiration for urban planners or planners and project bases for facilitators of social innovation.
