Abstract
The paper deals with the main profiles of digital-justice. In particular, it analyzes the role played by legal tech apps in the practice of law and in the administration of justice, focusing on their application to overcome the main critical issues in this field. One of the areas where the benefits and challenges of cyberjustice come to the fore is in dealing with non-pecuniary damages, where there is an increasing use of software and algorithms for assessing compensatory amounts.
